This past weekend took me up to the great mountains of Colorado for a weekend with 3 weddings back to back. The first one, on Friday started out at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Breckenridge Colorado. This church totally fits in with the whole Breckenridge aesthetic which I can only describe as colorful, little, & adorably old. I didn’t realize it before I arrived, but this church actually has two buildings right next to each other with a larger building to worship in next door to the little white 1881 church. Due to the size of Daniela & Joe’s wedding they opted for the larger newer building to get married in. But we were still able to get some adorable shots of them together on the front steps of the old church. But my favorite discovery that day? A HUGE field of white wildflowers that is literally steps away from Daniela’s house! This cute couple sure is lucky to live and grow up in such a pretty place.
Daniela and Joe,
You two are amazing together. Thank you for having me photograph your big important day. Hope you love the photos because I know I have quite a few new favorites:)
Hopefully you are having the time of your lives in Mexico!

Yeah, the church had beautiful gardens right outside. No big deal;)
Stained glass at the newer church at St. Mary’s in Breckenridge.
Seeing Joe see Daniela for the first time as she walked down the aisle just reminds me of how cool it is that I get to witness one of the best days of my clients’ lives. This just melts my heart!
This is in front of the older St. Mary’s Church that was built in 1881
Sigh…so romantic. I love Aspens!
How lucky are we that we found this field of beautiful flowers that matched so perfectly?
Sigh…why can’t this field be in Denver so I can use it whenever I want?!
Yep, it’s summer in the mountains. We got hailed on during our picture time with Daniela and Joe cutting us off from getting more.
Very fitting chandeliers for a mountain wedding venue:)
Doing what we can with the rain!
Daniela is one beautiful bride.
As a coffee lover, I dig this wedding favor:)
Head on over to the WEDDINGS area of my site to find more information about wedding photography.
