Autumn Family Photos at East Mount Falcon Trailhead in Morrison

Family Portraits in Colorado at East Mount Falcon with views of Red Rocks

I was lucky enough to photograph this family last fall when this little guy was just a baby and now I get to share some updated family portraits of the three of them together at a new location. This time we headed over to the East Mount Falcon Trailhead to spend some time enjoying the views from the area where the Turkey Trot Trail and the Castle Trail Meet on the east side of this popular mountain biking park in Jeffco. It’s one of my favorite places because of all of the cool high desert plant life and because of the gorgeous views of Red Rocks Amphitheater off in the distance. On this evening, their little guy, Julian was all smiles at first and I feel so lucky to have been able to capture so many of them. But, as is very normal for this age, once he’d had enough, he was completely done. Still, I couldn’t even be upset because I really did catch so many great photos of the three of them together prior to his adorable meltdown. Check out some of my favorites below!
