Kerry & Eric married each other on the last weekend of September in Boulder Colorado. I hadn’t been to Boulder since the flooding had happened and I was hoping everything would look ok and luckily it was fine. I started off photographing with Eric and the guys at a cute cabin at Chautauqua Park and then moved over to meet up with the ladies who were prepping at the St. Julien Hotel in downtown Boulder. They opted not to see each other before the ceremony so Eric’s first glance at his bride ended up being inside Sacred Heart of Jesus where he waited for her to make her way down the long aisle. After a beautiful Catholic mass the bridal party trooped up the side of the hill to get some photos in front of the iconic Flatirons. (Thanks again, ya’ll!) Soon enough though it was time to move on and enjoy the party. The Chautauqua Dining Hall is such a cool place for a reception. They have a huge room with a wood floor and nice rustic and vintage touches and a big tent where everyone sat for dinner. I loved that Kerry & Eric’s friends and family rocked out the entire evening and never let up on the dancing. It was a fantastic party for one of the nicest couples I’ve photographed this year:) Congratulations you two!
